AMIC engaged Leverage at the end of 2022 to assist the executive team with the preparation, creation and release of the AMIC 2026+ Strategic Plan. This started with Lanna facilitating our two-day leadership retreat, which focused on ideating the plan and reviewing AMICβs organisational and brand objectives.
Lannaβs ability to engage and build rapport with the team during the retreat was integral to gaining an in-depth understanding of the team, the organisation and the industry in a short time, and in turn, informing the next step of the strategic process. Lanna then assisted the team in identifying and clarifying the strategic objectives, vision, mission and values. Her team then led the document's creation, from copywriting to design, with ongoing input and feedback from our executive team throughout the process. Leverage also assisted us in the external communication of the strategy on our social media platforms.
The great thing was that Lanna included everyone from senior management and leadership right through to mid-level employees to ensure they were all part of the process.
